A note from our founder.
I was diagnosed with juvenile arthritis as a teen, and this past year I stepped into a caregiver role too, so I see it from both sides. I know how hard it can be to keep track of everything between appointments, and to tell whether a treatment is really working. I started Constellate to make that easier. We're building it in collaboration with a leading rheumatologist, and with the people who live with this every day.
